One hour with someone who signs official documents every day. You leave with the full list, in the right order, with no unnecessary steps.
The most expensive part of a document process is not the translation or the apostille — it is doing it again. Confirming the path before spending is the cheapest decision in the whole process, and the only one you cannot make afterwards.
Not every translation carries legal weight in Italy. A sworn translation (traduzione giurata or asseverata) only exists when a qualified translator takes legal responsibility for the text and swears it before the competent authority.
In practice: the document I sign enters the Italian system directly, with no need for additional consular validation.
What do you need to get started?
A short description of your goal, the receiving authority, and legible copies of the documents you already have.
Do you work with clients outside Italy?
Yes. Everything is handled remotely, by WhatsApp and email, with hard copies posted when required.
How long does it take?
It depends on volume and on the receiving authority. The deadline is stated in the quote, before any work begins.
How does the session work?
Remotely, by video call or WhatsApp, with documents sent in advance so that I arrive at the call having already reviewed your case.
Does the consultation include the translation?
No. It is booked separately; if you go ahead, you receive a fixed quote for the whole file.
Tell me what you need to achieve and what you already have. I will say whether the consultation is needed or whether we can go straight ahead.
